風邪引きました。仕事の途中からどんどん喉が痛くなってきたので、周りの席の人から貰ったとしか考えられない。これまでプロジェクトメンバーで唯二、元気で頑張ってきたのにー。
悔しかったので、ティッシュを１枚無駄にしてこんなのを作ってみました。
ああ、しんどい。
I finally got cold from someone at work… I was the only 2 remaining member of our project who haven’t gotten sick so far.  I  almost made it to the end of the race, but alas.
I was so sad that I sacrificed a sheet of Nepia and made this.

別に毎日ブログを更新しようとしている訳ではないのですが、最近気分です。
それに、TwitterやFacebookにはIntellectual Property Rightsがなさそうなので、なにか少しでも種の粒でもありそうなことは自分のブログに書きます。

１。養老孟司さんと隈研吾さんの対談。

学生のころ、釜石にまちづくりのお手伝いに出かけていって見た、巨大なスーパー堤防。
感じたあの違和感とか反発心などを見事に言い当てて下さっていて、そうそう、ゼロベースってこういうこと、って思いました。
２。先日の写真ついでで、好きな写真家を紹介します。
昨年クリスティーズのオークションで4.3ミリオンUSD（4億円）で落札されたという。
風景写真が多いので、ランドスケープデザインを勉強しているころに大学で話題になっていて、教授方が良く例に挙げていました。
例えばこれが好き。
綿密な準備によって造り上げられる、全部にピントが合った精密な写真。しかも巨大。ミュージアムピースとなりうる理由が良く分かります。

写真アートに詳しくないのでミーハーな趣味で紹介します。
俳優やミュージシャンなど、有名人のポートレートを多く撮っているカメラマン。
それらが本当にカッコいい。
ハーブ・リッツとは違ったスタイルで、もっとストーリー仕立てな雰囲気です。陰影や色味が好き。でも人物以外の写真もあって、例えばこんなのはちょっとGurskyに似ています。

I can’t explain, but my colleagues in Seoul and I have developed some telepathic connections that we always think about each other at the same timing.  She was writing an email at exactly the same time as I was writing her!  That was fun today :)

The first update today is on an article in Japanese, so I am going to skip that.
Today I came across an article that Andreas Gursky’s photograph was sold at $4.3 Million USD at Christie’s.  He is one of the very few photographers whose books I own.  His work was referred to quite a lot while I was studying Landscape Architecture in the States, and that’s how I came to love his work.  For example, this one is my favorite.

I also love Dan Winters photography a lot.  His style is  ore cinematic and reservedly dynamic than Herb Ritts, less sexy and less 80s.  Some of his non-portrait photos look a bit like Gursky’s.
