トクコさんがブログに書いているように、amirisuは1周年を迎えました。

といっても、実際はいつがスタートラインだったかといえば、２人がamirisuをやろうと思い立った日かもしれないし、名前を決めた日かもしれないし（動物が付く名前を沢山考えた中から選んだ）、ブログを立ち上げた日かもしれません。

少し実感がなかったからか、出張で香港に行っている間に、いつのまにか記念日を迎えてしまいました。

本当は去年、8月31日にオープンするはずだったんですけどね、気がついたら日付が変わっていましたの。

詳細については、トクコさんのブログのとおり。私もまったく同感であり、本当に良いパートナーに巡り合って良かったなと日々感謝しています。

 

 

As Tokuko has written on her blog (in Japanese, unfortunately, because it’s a great post), amirisu celebrated our 1st anniversary.

But come to think of it, it is unclear when we got started.  Was it when we decided to start a magazine, or, when we picked the name amirisu, or when we opened our first blog.

Because of this uncertainty, I didn’t realize the date has passed while I was in HK on business.

Truth to be told, we intended to launch on August 31.  When we realized, it was already past midnight.

Anyway, I completely agree with Tokuko that 1 + 1 makes us braver and more optimistic.  We are always 100% thrilled about what we do.

 

 

ここ最近実感しているのは、教えあうことの大切さです。

教えあい、お互いを高めあう。

私たちの場合はそれが今のところ上手く行っていると思うので、これからもずっと続けていきたいです。

 

 

特に難しいのは、自分よりも経験のない人が組織に入ってきたとき。

実際の組織では、色々な思惑や大人の事情が絡み合い、教えあうことを難しくしていると観察しています。

でも、本当にオープンに学びあえる組織は、自律的にどんどん強くなる。知識を共有することで、ビジネスチャンスがどんどん広がる。

amirisuはそれを忘れずに、助け合って自己革新をするチームで在り続けたいと思います。

Recently I have been thinking about the importance of sharing knowledges and learning together.

Helping ourselves become better about what we do.

We have been pretty lucky that this learning mechanism is working for us.

But I also see many cases where there are more experienced and less experienced people in an organization.

When a newcomer joins a team.

In many cases, people are afraid to teach each other, share their knowledge, sometimes feeling threatened or embarrassed about what they actually don’t know.

But if people can openly learn from each other, if there is a spirit of sharing, the team can become stronger and stronger.  Business opportunities expand.

We, amirisu, would like to become a learning team, to continue to renovate ourselves.
