Continuing from yesterday’s post. So the guide took me out to the river, right before the sunrise.
The temperature was the lowest around this time, and my cheeks were burning from coldness.
昨日の続きです。カヌー漕ぎ出したところ。そろそろ夜が明けそうな雰囲気。
このとき、一番気温が下がる時だそうで、頬や顎、外に出ている部分が寒くて痛くて。
Needless to say, it was extremely foggy because the water temperature was much warmer than the atmosphere.
That is why the trees got all frosted in white. They almost looked like flowers.
気温が余りにも低いので、霧が。そして、それが枝について凍って霧氷が出来ています。
寒い朝だったので、いつもよりスゴいとのこと。
水から出ている部分、すべて霧氷で覆われているよう。
And the sun rose, from behind the white trees.
そして、朝日が昇ってきました。
真っ白い枝の向こうから。
The colors suddenly changed – to pinks and oranges.
一気に空気の色が変わります。ピンクやオレンジに。
And it was so blindingly bright.
そして、とても眩しい。
