White Trees

More images from the canoeing. We came to a wider part of the river.
カヌー写真の続き。少し川幅が広いところに出ました。

The sun is still low.
まだ太陽は低い。

… then suddenly… the light has changed into honey yellow and white.
と思ったら。。。急に光が黄色と白に変わった。

The sunlight was diffused by thick morning fog, and it was so blindlingly bright.
深い朝霧に乱反射して、朝日がものすごく眩しい。
川岸の木々の枝のあちこちにLEDのライトがついているかのように、光が当たるとキラキラ。

We came to the last bit of our tour.  I realized that frosts were all over me – on my jacket, on my eyelashes.
ツアーの終わりに近づいてきた。ジャケットやまつげに霧氷が沢山付いていることに気づく。
