In May, you can breath in fresh air tinted in emerald color, with golden sparkles of the sun, with toppings of cold splashes of water. I love cool breeze of early May.
My Golden Week holidays flew passing by, with families visiting, in addition to opening all the boxes from the recent move. I went up to Ohara with my mom, and went down to Toba aquarium with my friends. It had been a gorgeous holiday week.
5月はエメラルドに彩られたフレッシュな空気を肺いっぱいに吸いこめるとき。日光の金色の粉を浴びて、水しぶきをトッピング。涼しい風が気持ち良い。
GWは家族が続々とやってきて、大原に行ったり、鳥羽にいったりと大忙しでした。引越しの荷物もようやく、だいぶ片付きました。
On the knitting front, I am still knitting Winnowing (designed by the one and only Bristol Ivy) and East Matunuck Cardigan (from amirisu 6), but am about to start a new project for wearing at TNNA.
The pattern is Francis by my very close friend Olga Buraya-Kefelian, and the yarn is Kestrel in Quince & Co. in Sand. I cannot wait to get my hands on it!
Also – we’ll be at Happy Knits in Portland in early June. There will be a mini-trunk show and a mini-party on June 4th, and Knitting in Japanese workshop on June 6th. Hope to get to see you in person there.

編みものに関しては、まだWinnowing (才能溢れるBristolのデザイン！）を楽しく編んでいて、East Matunick Cardigan (amirisu 6号より）もノロノロと進めています。でもTNNAで着るものを編まないといけないので、個人的にも仲のいいOlgaのデザインしたFrancisをQuince & Co.のKestrelで編むことにしました。楽しみ！！
怒涛の4月が無事終わったので、これから暫くはもっと頑張ってブログ更新します。良い週末を！
