My weekend started with a little food preparation (ended with hours of work). I started making my own granola several months ago, and the routine still exists. In fact, I hadn’t been able to restock since returning home, and I was craving for my morning ritual (yogurt over my granola with some fruits). So, finally. It’s really easy. I never pre-measure anything, just put everything in a bowl one by one. The trick is to get a nice big bowl, which will make your life infinitely easier.
